Role Overview: We are hiring a detail-oriented Payments Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an entry-level or early-career position. You’ll work closely with our operations team to support the management of account receivables and payables, assist with user communications, and help streamline various project management and

administrative processes for active projects between clients and agencies. We’re looking for someone with a foundational understanding of Finance or Accounting who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment. You should be highly organized, value clear communication, and enjoy helping others. Will be responsible for communicating with clients, and thus will need to be strong at email communication.

Your day to day is to…

• Process invoices, verify transaction details, schedule and prepare disbursements, and obtain payment authorization.
• Expertly position and communicate our payment process to client and agency users.
• Assist in collecting payments by following up with accounts and supporting users with payment issues / disputes.
• Support the development of internal payment processing systems and best practices.
• Manage documentation related to project payments through our Platform.
• Work closely with the product team to turn user feedback and insights into actionable product features. Support with product development and testing.
• Work cross-functionally to support company and product initiatives as required.
• Embody our mission and vision with an understanding of how and why we do what we do.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

*  1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, or a formal education in Finance or Accounting.

* An understanding of accounting and financial systems

* A keen eye for detail, with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach

*  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
