SUMMARY:
Office administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cape Town
 
The purpose of  this role is building and managing client engagements as well as some support in sales development.
 
Preparing client engagements can include:
  • Recurring weekly workshops using a giant digital whiteboard (called Miro)
  • Full day sales development bootcamps (also generally delivered virtually)
  • Building Sales Playbooks initially on the digital whiteboard then tidying them up and building them into an online platform
  • Analysing data within Excel and building charts to go into a PPT
 
Managing client engagements can include:
  • Scheduling meetings with clients
  • Updating the client trackers (in Asana)
  • Ensuring we are delivering on the client brief
