POSITION INFO:

What Youâll Be Doing:

This is no ordinary admin job â youâll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly so our creative team can do what they do best. Youâll handle a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Owning all day-to-day bookkeeping tasks: receipts, deposits, invoices, POs, refunds & more
Running the full creditors and debtors function, including monthly reconciliations and follow-ups
Managing the asset register and keeping petty cash in check
Assisting with payroll and staff reimbursement processes
Preparing and sending client invoices & statements
Being the friendly face (and voice) at the front desk: answering calls, welcoming walk-ins
Receiving and checking supplier deliveries
Creating and maintaining streamlined admin systems to keep us running efficiently

What Youâll Bring to the Table:

Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a tertiary qualification in finance/admin is a bonus
Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in a similar finance/admin role
Proficiency in Sage and/or Xero is non-negotiable
Experience with Chase and/or Magnetic is a big plus
Strong MS Office, especially Excel â you're no stranger to spreadsheets!
A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
Top-notch communication and customer service skills
A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle priorities like a pro
