Our client based in Midrand is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the switchboard and reception area
Welcome visitors and inform the relevant person of their arrival
Print daily clocking reports and liaise with managers regarding staff attendance
Ensure leave forms are submitted for staff who haven’t clocked in
Follow up with debtors for outstanding payments
Request monthly statements from creditors
Perform general office administration and filing
Data-capturing on the Traceability system
Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding deliveries and general queries
Provide diary management support for one of the Directors
Control and manage the client account
Process and sort invoices
Match invoices with the delivery schedule and prepare for management
Attach PODs to supplier invoices and submit for payment
