Our client is a meat wholesaler of top-quality products. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Office Administrator - Food Sector
Location: Pretoria North
Salary: Market related
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Matric (Grade 12).
Minimum 1 year administrative experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Beneficial requirements:

Further admin/office-related qualification is advantageous.
Experience in the food or manufacturing sector in food industry is advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will support various departments, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company processes.

Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supplies management.
Maintain accurate records for food safety and production compliance.
Support procurement and inventory tracking of office and production materials.
Communicate with suppliers, staff, and management effectively.
Provide comprehensive support across all required tasks.
