SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Food Manufacturing Sector is urgently looking for an energetic candidate to join their team in the Kyalami Area. Preferable to start immediately.

POSITION INFO:

Job description and responsibilities:

Must reside within a 25km radius of the Company
Switchboard and Reception (Able to converse in English and Afrikaans)
Attend to visitors at reception. Inform the person that is being visited that there is a visitor at reception
Printing daily clocking reports , liaising with Managers about staff that hasn’t clocked in. If staff hasn’t clocked in then a leave form must be completed.
Calling Debtors for payments
Requesting Creditors statements on a monthly basis
General Office Administration and Filing
Data-Capturing on Traceability
Liaison with customers and suppliers related to deliveries and general queries
Diary Management for one of the Directors
Controlling Chep account
Printing of invoices sent from the Lunchbox Fund via email
Sorting the invoices according to the schedule
Adding invoice number and quantities onto that schedule and Printing for the Managers
Once the pod’s are received, attach to the supplier invoice and submit for payment.
