SUMMARY:
Our client in the Healthcare Industry is seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Office Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager: Business Operations and the General Manager: Marketing and Sales.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient coordination of business activities and the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capability, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing and commercial environment.

A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments will be essential for success in this role.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Operations, or a related field will be preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in an Office Administration, Executive Assistant, Office Management, Project Coordination, or Business Support role.
Proven experience providing administrative and operational support to senior management or executive teams.
Exposure to analytical reporting, business analysis, and project coordination activities.
Advanced computer literacy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong analytical and numerical aptitude, with the ability to interpret and present information effectively.
Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong administrative, coordination, and stakeholder management capability.
Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving ability, with excellent follow-up and execution skills.
Experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms will be advantageous.
