SUMMARY:
WORK CLOSE TO HOME!  Our client is an established concern in the Helderberg area and they are inviting you to join their small team as an Office Administrator / PA to compliment it further with immediate effect!  Read below carefully to qualify.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Only candidates who are immediately available will be considered for this role.

DUTIES:
  • General office duties – including enquiries, filing, postage, correspondence, staff leave record keeping
  • Public Participation Management - place adverts, prepare and send letters to Public & Authorities, co-ordinating and keeping record
  • Database administration
  • Time- and cost analysis
  • Project cost Management
  • General PA duties to Managing Director
  • General administration duties
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
  • At least 8 years' previous experience in similar position
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Strong linguistic skills in both English and Afrikaans
  • Excellent financial, administrative and planning skills
  • Microsoft Office - advanced Excel
  • The ability to work independently
  • Own transport and an unendorsed driver’s license
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Experience in managing and organizing documents and schedules
  • Develop and maintain contact lists, agendas and coordinate other business support activities
  • Prepare files and maintain file storage and file retrieval systems (electronic server)
  • Be eager to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work after hours (when required to)
HOURS:
  • 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
