SUMMARY:
Our client, leading in the insurance industry is looked for an Office Administrator to join their team in George, Western Cape. This candidate will be required to provide professional first line support to clients, sales support and capture group new business policies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities: 
  • Render client services
  • Administrate Claims
  • Advise clients on cancelations
  • Administrate demutualization process
  • Office Administration
  • Documentation and filing procedures
  • Process and administrate application forms
  • Send captured application forms to Head Office for archiving
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Recognised Qualification as per the FSB
  • RE 5
  • Registration as an Employee Representative (FSB)
  • 2 Years’ Experience in the Insurance Industry
  • 1 Year Client Services
  • 1 years’ experience in data capturing
  • 1 Years’ experience in: Category A, B, C and retail pension benefits (Advantage)
  • Updated DOFA report
