SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations. The role involves handling reception duties, coordinating installations, managing reports, and supporting internal teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Diploma in Business Administration advantageous
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to manage reports, scheduling, and general office coordination
