Junior FOH Manager 

Position: Junior FOH Manager (Permanent)

- Location: Bryanston

-  Salary Range: R16,000 – R20,000

- Working Hours

- 09:00 – Closing (Monday to Sunday) 

- Evenings 

- Weekends 

- Public Holidays 

- Shifts apply according to hospitality operational requirements

 Brief Role Overview

The Junior FOH Manager supports daily restaurant, hotel, or venue operations under the guidance of a senior manager. You’ll be the vital link between guests and staff — balancing hands‑on customer service with essential admin duties.

 Experience Required

- 1–3 years’ experience

- Anticipate customer needs & resolve complaints

- Ensure fast service & queue management

- Balance daily cashier control sheets

- Handle enquiries & messages professionally

- Conduct FOH maintenance checks

- Provide on‑the‑job staff training

- Enforce Health & Safety compliance

- Maintain visibility across FOH areas

- Manage client satisfaction & quality control

- Submit accurate reports timeously

- Monitor industry trends & suggest improvements

- Contribute to profit growth through effective admin & asset management
