POSITION INFO:

Our client, a well-established restaurant and functions venue in Bryanston, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Front of House Manager to join their team.

Reporting to senior management, you will assist in overseeing the daily Front of House operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining company standards, and supporting the Front and Back of House teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily Front of House operations.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain company service standards and operational procedures.
Support and guide the Front of House team.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
Assist with reporting, administration and cash control.
Support staff training and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

1–3 years'' hospitality management or supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Customer service orientated with attention to detail.
Fully computer literate.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Valid driver''s licence and own reliable transport.
