SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Bookkeeper to join a company providing products and services to various industries requiring energy solutions.

In this role, you will support the finance team by managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, cashbook management, reconciliations, and general administrative duties.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing and issuing invoices to clients
Capture daily transactions in the cashbook
Perform simple reconciliations of accounts
Maintain accurate financial records using Pastel
Support general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in bookkeeping or finance-related role
Proficiency in Pastel Accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
