Our client is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join their team in Stellenbosch. This role is ideal for a motivated individual at the start of their accounting career. Good long-term growth opportunities for the right person. This position is available immediately with interviews currently taking place.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Studying towards, or planning to study towards, an Accounting or Bookkeeping Diploma
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans
Eager to learn and grow within an accounting environment
Comfortable working with numbers and financial data

Key Responsibilities:

Capturing and processing financial transactions
Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
Reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks
Supporting the finance team with day-to-day duties
