Our Client is a world-leading provider of networking products and smart home solutions, serving customers internationally.Â In South Africa, the company supports a wide range of clients, including retailers, ISPs, distributors, and end-users with reliable, innovative technology.

The Internal Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing order processing, coordinating with logistics and customers, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations.Â The Internal Sales Coordinator serves as a vital link between customers, the external sales team, and internal departments in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Required qualification and working knowledge:

Grade 12 / Matric
2 â 4 yearsâ experience in internal sales, customer support, and order processing â ideally within consumer electronics or IT, distribution.
Experience working with B2B clients, resellers, or retail partners is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management

Handle incoming inquiries, build strong relationships with clients
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction

Sales Support

Process sales orders
Prepare quotations
Assist external Sales team in achieving targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the sales team and management.

Product Knowledge

Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's product offerings to assist customers effectively.

Order Management

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

Account follow up

Monitor customer accounts, follow up on payments, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Market Awareness

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide information recommendations.
