SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Internal Sales & E-Commerce Platform Manager for a permanent vacancy based in Roodepoort, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
   

• Minimum 5 years of industrial/technical sales or operations experience within the industrial racking, shelving, flooring, and storage solutions sector
• Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, marketing environments, and storage/material handling product ecosystems
• Strong B2B lead generation, technical calculation abilities, CRM software proficiency, and commercial acumen.
• Business-savvy, highly organized, proactive, and effective in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

• E-Commerce & Digital Growth: Manage online sales, order processing, fulfilment, and drop-shipping logistics. Work with third-party agencies to optimize website maintenance, SEO, and digital marketing (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, email campaigns).
• Technical Expertise & Consultations: Understand full product ecosystems (racking, shelving, mezzanine flooring, material handling) and calculate client-specific technical requirements.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and nurture high-quality B2B leads to ensure daily closures and high conversion rates.
• Operations & Installation: Oversee the client servicing model, coordinating closely with outsourced installation teams for delivery, setup, and after-sales support.
• Customer & CRM Management: Handle all incoming inquiries across all product lines, maintain accurate records in the CRM database, and resolve queries efficiently.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales volume targets.
• Consultative Selling: Focus sales dialogue on solving specific client needs rather than simply listing product features.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy deal pipeline across all sales stages to drive consistent revenue and commission structures.
