Job Description: HR Administrator/ Consultant

Introduction:
Our Client a professional legal support company founded in 2009, specialising in Industrial Relations, Employment Equity and Skills Development in Richard’s Bay is seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Administrator/Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration, HR Management, IR, labour and employment law compliance and supporting various HR functions to clients including OHS. Sound knowledge of Skills reporting systems with different Seta’s and Employment Equity compliance for various Sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) and Administration skills
Knowledge of Labour and Employment Law
Experience in HR policies and procedures implementation
Experience in Skills reporting and working with different Seta''s
Experience with DG reviews and Employment Equity compliance requirements
Ensure all client documentation is maintained with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy
Stay abreast of relevant labour legislation and compliance timelines
Liaise professionally with clients, providing high-quality service and support
Manage multiple client accounts with a high degree of efficiency and organisation
Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales and client acquisition
Attend meetings, deliver presentations, and follow up on leads to secure new clients
Prepare professional documentation, correspondence, and reports for internal and external use
Maintain excellent standards of recordkeeping and communication

Minimum Requirements:

May be required to travel to client sites as needed
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Bachelor''s degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification

Compensation:

Salary based on experience and qualifications
