HR Administrator required in Polokwane with relevant experience

POSITION INFO:

HR Administrator (POS25131)

Polokwane, Limpopo

R 16 000 per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department.to join our international award-winning team.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar administrative role
• Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices

Job Duties:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
• Recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
