Graphic Designer - Digital Creative

Job Overview
This role leads the production and adaptation of digital creative across Dream Hotels & Resorts online channels. The designer supports Group Marketing, Sales, properties, central support teams and wider business stakeholders with brand-consistent, channel-appropriate creative designed to increase attention, engagement and conversion. The role is primarily digital, while supporting selected multi-format campaign requirements where required.

Key responsibilities

• Digital campaign and channel creative
• Create campaign key visuals and digital adaptations for paid, owned and partner channels.
• Design paid social, display and retargeting creative in required formats and dimensions.
• Produce organic social media assets, carousels, stories, short-form motion graphics and simple video edits.
• Design CRM and email campaign assets, including headers, promotional modules and supporting imagery.
• Create website banners, landing-page graphics, campaign tiles and other online merchandising assets.
• Adapt creative for online travel, partner and co-branded digital placements where required.
• Build modular digital templates that enable fast, brand-consistent rollout across properties and business units.

Creative optimisation and production

• Apply platform specifications, safe zones, file-size requirements and accessibility
• Develop creative variants for approved audience, offer, message and format testing.
• Work with Marketing Operations and channel owners to translate campaign objectives into clear creative outputs.
• Use available campaign feedback and performance insights to improve future creative iterations.
• Maintain organised editable master files, version control and a reusable digital asset library.
• Proof prices, dates, packages, calls to action, spelling and brand elements before release.

Brand management and collaboration

• Apply Group and property brand standards across all digital work.
• Ensure logos, typography, photography, hierarchy and calls to action are accurate and channel appropriate.
• Flag off-brand or technically unsuitable requests to the Creative Lead.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Commercial Collateral Designer to maintain one campaign idea across digital, sales and selected print touchpoints.
• Support properties and business units with practical guidance on digital creative requirements and approved templates.

Key deliverables and measures

• On-time delivery and agreed turnaround times.
• First-round approval rate and rework rate.
• Accuracy of prices, dates, offers, calls to action and platform specifications.
• Brand compliance and consistency across digital channels
• Volume and speed of channel-ready creative variants produced.
• Contribution of creative learning to campaign optimisation, using approved performance feedback.
• Stakeholder satisfaction and quality of file management.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3-5 years graphic design experience, with a strong digital portfolio.
• Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator capability; working knowledge of InDesign.
• Capability in motion graphics and short-form video editing; Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or equivalent advantageous.
• Experience designing for social media, paid media, email/CRM and websites.
• Understanding of digital dimensions, responsive considerations, compression, file formats and platform specifications.
• Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy and conversion-focused design judgement.
• Ability to work accurately with prices, dates, packages and detailed information.
• Hospitality, tourism, e-commerce or performance marketing experience advantageous.
