SUMMARY:
An intimate luxury bush lodge, set within a private nature reserve in Limpopo, is seeking a warm and capable FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT to join their small, guest-focused team

POSITION INFO:
This is a boutique operation offering villas, a cabin, and cottages to a small number of guests at a time, so the role suits someone who enjoys close guest contact and is comfortable wearing several hats. You'll be the first and last point of contact for guests throughout their stay.

Core Criteria:

Previous front office or reception experience, ideally in a boutique lodge, guesthouse, or similar hospitality setting
Working knowledge of a property management system (PMS) for bookings and guest records
Comfortable processing guest payments accurately
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Genuine, guest-centric approach with a warm, professional manner
Well organised with strong attention to detail
Able to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
Flexible and willing to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays

Core Responsibilities:

Welcome and check guests in and out with warmth and efficiency
Manage day-to-day bookings and reservations on the PMS
Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
Respond promptly to guest enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Maintain up-to-date guest profiles and records
Liaise with lodge management on daily front office needs
Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required

On Offer:

Salary: R8,500 to R11,000 per month, depending on experience
