Front Desk Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have prior experience in a similar role, a friendly outgoing personality, matric, be computer literate, have good admin skills, and have a passion for the retail/beauty industry.

Prior training in ESP or My Appointment is advantageous.

A self-starter, able to handle pressure, multi-task in a busy environment, and excellent attention to detail.

The position includes client liaison, making bookings, processing sales, stock taking and management, other ad-hoc duties, and general assistance to the Franchisee with managing the day to day running of the salon.

The salon trades retail hours (seven days a week) so weekend work is required.
