SUMMARY:
We are looking for a confident and service-oriented hospitality professional who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. The successful candidate will be reliable, well presented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury 4* hotel environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

South African citizenship
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant hospitality qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Front Desk / Reception role within a hotel environment
Proven working experience on Opera PMS is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, well-groomed and guest-focused
Strong administration and organisational skills
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in guests in a warm and professional manner
Process guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations using Opera PMS
Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently
Ensure accurate guest information and billing
Manage payments and maintain accurate records
Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services and local attractions
Maintain a high standard of service in line with the hotel’s 4-star standards
Follow all Front Office procedures and hotel policies
