As a FinOps Administrator, you will support the financial control operations for a LISP, Life Company and retirement funds—playing a vital role in keeping investment and banking processes accurate, timely, and compliant.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing daily investment instructions and submitting them to various trading platforms
Performing daily reconciliations (units, banking, cashbooks) and resolving reconciling items
Capturing and confirming fund prices and exchange rates
Managing monthly MANCO reconciliations, analysing variances, and compiling summaries
Handling operational queries and liaising with external suppliers
Supporting audit processes and meeting deadlines
Continuously developing your industry and legislative knowledge

What You’ll Bring

B.Com or similar tertiary qualification
Experience in financial services
Fast learner with strong logical, analytical and numerical skills
Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with the team
High ethical standards, strong communication, and negotiation skills
Detail‑driven, accurate, and comfortable in routine‑based environments
