An established financial services business is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Administrator

POSITION INFO:

An established financial services business is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Administrator to join their operations team. This role will suit someone with strong attention to detail and hands-on experience managing local and international corporate actions in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end processing of corporate actions events
• Interpreting announcements and circulars and assessing impact on portfolios
• Processing entitlements, elections, and cash and/or stock movements
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely execution of all events
• Liaising with internal teams and external counterparties
• Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies

What we are looking for:

• Minimum3 years' experience in a corporate actions or related operations role
• Strong understanding of corporate actions processes, regulations and market events
• Exposure toJSE, Strate and international markets
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Self-starter who is organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
