SUMMARY:
Basic Salary R15 000 p/m (Pretoria, Centurion) Siviwe Industries is looking for a Finance Clerk. This is a 3-month contract position with a possibility of becoming permanent.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Desired Experience and Qualificatio
1-2 years'' experience in Finance and Bookkeeping.

National Diploma in Finance / Bookkeeping

Duties and Responsibilities

Bookkeeping functions
Prepare invoices and submit for payment
Petty cash payments
Cost reconciliations
Prepare monthly projext expense ledger
Project cost management
Fortnight wage payments
Verifying financial data and maintain accurate recors
Supporting monetary transactions
Monitor financial transactions
Enter data and maintain updated records
Assist with account reconciliations
Communicate with client, subcontractors, and colleauges
Report the status of accounts and discrepancies

Requirements and Skills

Proven experience as a Finance Clerk
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
Knowledge of MS Office and databases
Attention to detail
Organizational and multitasking ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliability and strong work ethics
Responsibile and accountable
Ability to solve problems
Maintain high standards of performance
