Job Description

• Balance daily store point-of-sale cash-ups against official bank transaction records.
• Capture and process daily online customer orders across digital sales platforms.
• Enter basic supplier invoices accurately to assist with monthly accounts payable.
• Allocate incoming customer payments and help maintain neat accounts receivable ledgers.
• Check branch petty cash summaries and verify physical store banking deposit slips.
• Spot payment differences quickly and help solve daily cash-up variances.
• Provide friendly, general administrative support to the central head office finance team.

• Matric (Grade 12) with a pass in Accounting, Accounts, or Mathematics.
• Available immediately to step straight into an exciting entry-level position.
• Tertiary certificate, diploma, or degree in accounting is a welcome bonus.
• No previous experience required because full training and guidance are provided.
• Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Careful attention to detail and ability to work to daily deadlines.
