POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Extensive warehouse and dispatch management experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, route scheduling, dispatch procedures, and logistics processes.
• Experience supervising, training, and evaluating staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables essential), Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of traffic regulations, safe driving practices, and operational compliance requirements.

• Supervise and oversee dispatch, scheduling, and coordination staff.
• Assign, delegate, and monitor daily operational activities.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and manage timesheet approvals.
• Coach, mentor, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure all dispatch equipment is maintained and operational.
• Oversee route scheduling and dispatching of employees and vehicles.
• Ensure all assignments are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
• Maintain warehouse operational records and complete reports.
• Provide training and ongoing supervision to dispatch staff.
• Resolve operational issues and support the Warehouse Manager with daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
