Administrative Supervisor

?? Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in administration, stock control, and financial processes? We are looking for an experienced Administrative Supervisor to take ownership of branch administration, fleet management, stock control, and billing processes while leading a high-performing team.

?? Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support administrative staff to ensure operational excellence.
Manage branch administration, financial processes, and stock control activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports accurately and on time. Maintain and update fleet descriptions and grading information on the ERP system.
Ensure all customer documentation, lease agreements, and payments are completed before dispatch.
Oversee billing processes, including pre-billing, escalations, credit notes, and off-hire notices.
Monitor and maintain units-not-billing reports.
Resolve internal, customer, supplier, and debtor queries efficiently.
Facilitate insurance claim submissions and follow-up processes.
Manage stock counts and maintain accurate records on ERP systems.
Process delivery and return documentation within agreed service levels.
Reconcile transport and siting accounts monthly.
Process purchase orders and verify transport and siting rates.

?? Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
? Matric (Grade 12)
? Diploma or Degree in Stock Control, Logistics, Administration, or a related field.

?? Experience
 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration, logistics, stock control, rentals, or operational support.
Previous supervisory experience will be advantageous.
