Job Description

• Build and manage the full monthly promotional and campaign marketing calendar.

• Set up, run, and optimize targeted advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.

• Brief graphic designers and review all creative digital assets within Figma.

• Coordinate content creation days with videographers, photographers, and social media influencers.

• Write engaging promotional copy for advertisements, email newsletters, and website banners.

• Create automated customer retention journeys and promotional email campaigns i

• Track weekly advertising performance and deliver clear reports on commercial return on investment.

• 3 years of hands-on digital and growth marketing experience.

• Practical experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.

• Familiarity with design review workflows and tools like Figma.

• Experience creating email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or similar CRM software.

• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.

• A relevant qualification in marketing, brand communications, or digital media.

• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong team-player qualities.
