Debtors Administrator

SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for numbers, people, and problem-solving? My client, a group of companies is looking for an experienced Debtors Clerk to take charge of their debtor accounts and help keep the financial operations running smoothly.

POSITION INFO:

As the Debtors Clerk, you'll play a key role in managing our debtor book across the group and its subsidiaries. Your mission? Keep the cash flowing, risks low, and our customers satisfied
Your daily impact includes
Producing accurate daily debtor age analysis reports
Allocating receipts, generating invoices & credit notes on Meat Matrix and Evolution
Following up on overdue accounts and recommending action
Managing and resolving customer queries professionally
Ensuring all documentation and credit applications are correctly filed and tracked

Skills & Experience:
Matric with Accounting as a subject
3–4 years’ debtors/accounting experience
Skilled in Excel and Sage Evolution or Business Central
A sharp eye for detail, strong numerical literacy, and top-notch customer service
Organised and deadline-driven
Comfortable handling high volumes of transactions
A confident communicator who builds strong customer relationships

Qualification:
Matric / Grade 12
