POSITION INFO:

Dynamic client accounting team operating in both the UK and SA, focused on building a strong team culture and making a positive impact are looking for a Client Bookkeeper to join them. If you have a good base of monthly accounting for clients and would like to join a dynamic and people-centric team, then we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing: 

• Process purchase and sales invoices
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Set up proposed payment runs (not releasing)
• Complete basic VAT returns
• Assist with office administration
• Support ad hoc projects
• Communicate directly with clients and manage expectations
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of client data

What we are looking for: 

• Minimum of a relevant accounting tertiary qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience or recently completed accounting articles 
• Good levels of numeracy skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members including working with global teams and clients
• Previous experience with Excel essential and Xero (preferred but not essential)
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
• Team player with good communication skills
