POSITION INFO:

Dynamic client accounting team operating in both the UK and SA, focused on building a strong team culture and making a positive impact are looking for a Client Bookkeeper to join them. If you have a good base of monthly accounting for clients and would like to join a dynamic and people-centric team, then we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

Process purchase and sales invoices
Reconcile bank accounts
Set up proposed payment runs (not releasing)
Complete basic VAT returns
Assist with office administration
Support ad hoc projects
Communicate directly with clients and manage expectations
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of client data

What we are looking for:

Minimum of a relevant accounting tertiary qualification
Minimum 3 years experience or recently completed accounting articles
Good levels of numeracy skills
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members including working with global teams and clients
Previous experience with Excel essential and Xero (preferred but not essential)
Attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
Team player with good communication skills
