What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain accurate financial records and organise invoices, creditor documents, and applications.

• Reconcile accounts, match payments with statements, and assist with monthly reporting.

• Process invoices, manage petty cash, and handle payments efficiently.

• Oversee SARS compliance, including VAT submissions.

• Prepare payroll and employee payments.

• Support the Group Financial Manager in ensuring effective financial control across the organisation.

• Assist with ad hoc finance administration projects as required.

What You Bring

• Matric Certificate and a National Certificate in Bookkeeping (ICB or equivalent, NQF Level 4).

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.

• Proficiency in accounting systems (experience with Sage is advantageous).

• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.

• Service-oriented mindset with integrity and ability to handle stress effectively.
