SUMMARY:
A leading national emergency support provider is seeking Call Centre Agents to join their high-performing Heavy Vehicle Recovery and Emergency Response Centre.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel under pressure, communicate confidently, and are passionate about assisting clients during breakdowns, accidents, and roadside emergencies.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound emergency and breakdown calls professionally and efficiently
- Log incidents accurately and dispatch recovery service providers
- Communicate with truck drivers, fleet controllers, and service partners
- Track ongoing incidents and provide status updates
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and SLA requirements
- Maintain detailed call and case records on the internal system
- Deliver exceptional customer service during high-stress situations

Requirements:

- Previous call centre experience (preferably in emergency, insurance, recovery, or logistics environments)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and organized in high-pressure scenarios
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 3-day on / 3-day off rotation
- Own transport or ability to work shifts reliably
