Billing Clerk - Contract Opportunity: Administrative Support Coordinator (3-Months)

SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced administrator with a strong understanding of operational support in an industrial or mining environment? We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to join our team on a 3-month contract to provide essential coordination and support across admin, PPE, HSE compliance, and operations.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding for new employees and apprentices, including documentation and medical fitness certificates.
• Track completion of mandatory HSE training and maintain up-to-date records.
• Support scheduling for training sessions, audits, and employee site visits.

• Forecast and order PPE based on site requirements.
• Manage PPE inventory and liaise with laundromat services for cleaning.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain service standards.

• Assist in tracking monthly revenue vs annual operating targets (AOP).
• Process customer orders, invoices, and purchase requisitions (including CAPEX).
• Maintain overtime recovery records, Work in Progress (WIP), and operational billing (OST).

• Promote a safety-first culture by supporting internal HSE initiatives.
• Assist in internal audits and ensure audit readiness with complete documentation.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a mining, industrial, or operations-based environment.
• Relevant diploma or qualification in administration or business.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) processes.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
