POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on agreed contracts, pricing, and services delivered.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify billing data and ensure timely invoicing cycles.

• Serve as a point of contact for billing-related queries from clients.
• Resolve invoice disputes or discrepancies professionally and promptly.

• Maintain organized records of invoices, payment status, credit notes, and billing adjustments.
• Ensure that all documentation is compliant with internal processes and audit standards.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile billing records with payment receipts and escalate overdue accounts when necessary.

• Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to align billing with project deliverables.
• Flag any inconsistencies or billing issues early to avoid delays.

• Generate billing reports, aging summaries, and reconciliation statements as needed.
• Track and report billing KPIs to support financial planning and forecasting.

• Ensure billing systems and client databases are accurate and up to date.
• Support data entry, audits, and system improvements as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in billing, finance admin, or accounts receivable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with billing systems, spreadsheets (Excel), and financial tools
• Clear communicator—both written and verbal
• Able to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
• Reliable, process-driven, and team-oriented
