SUMMARY:
Durban based client seeks an Administrator to deal effectively with various administrative tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements: 
  • Matric
  • Relevant qualifications.
  • Ability to operate Word, PowerPoint & Excel effectively.
  • Experience with the insurance program “flexi” will be desirable. 
  • Insurance knowledge will be beneficial.
  • Administrative experience is advantageous.
  • Good organisational skills, time management, hardworking and administrative driven.
Duties and responsibilities: 
  • Loading insurance policies.
  • Saving emails on flexi.
  • Assisting with renewals.
  • Organising marketing events and material.
  • Updating new business register.
  • Assisting with policy changes and amendments.
  • Assisting with personal affairs and putting together comparative breakdowns & summaries.
