SUMMARY:
Highly organised administrator required to join a well established Brand, to administer all sales, production and orders for an ever growing and exciting new Eco-friendly range.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SALES / PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR

Duties:-

To co-ordinate & manage all orders & personalisation thereof

Maintain client relationships

Assist with the design and set-up of personalisation/branding orders - Artwork mock up (Illustrator)

Confirmation & sign-off of artwork & payment & loading onto production schedule

Daily liaison with customers, regional agents, on-line retail department & warehouse

Stock Management & weekly stock sheet updates sent to clients and internal departments

Sales Analysis of the range.

Range launch presentations - Powerpoint and Excel

Product development research

Arranging all show / exhibitions bookings, negotiations, displays required, set-up and representing the brand (could be interprovincial travel, a few times a year)

Key skills

Advanced computer skills – Excel + Powerpoint. Adobe Illustrator exp. ideal.
Highly organised, with great attention to detail, to plan and implement schedules
Ability to multitask
Be able to work unsupervised
Teamplayer, willing to get hands dirty / get the job done
Open communication skills, liaise with Directors on a daily basis
Able to get through high work volumes, efficiently & calmly

Min. requirements:-

Min. 3 yrs work exp. (P.A / A.E./ Administrator role)
Own reliable transport
Highly organised, neat and structured
Great attention to detail
Excellent administrator, able to follow paper trails efficiently and seamlessly.
Durban based
Team player, with a good attitude
