POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to provide administrative and financial support to the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and general administration.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
Process staff expense claims, petty cash and payment schedules.
Reconcile fuel cards, company credit cards and other financial records.
Support payroll administration, including timesheets, leave and payroll documentation.
Assist with month-end processes, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory records.
Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Ensure accurate filing, record keeping and compliance with statutory deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

Matric with Accounting (non-negotiable).
Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification (advantageous).
Previous experience in a finance administration or bookkeeping role.
Strong MS Office skills and experience working on accounting systems.
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
