An established, premier Wealth Management Practice based in Durban North is seeking a professional, articulate, and highly organized Wealth Assistant & PA to join their dynamic team.

This is a key client-facing and administrative support role requiring an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level personal executive assistance and administrative support to wealth advisors.

• Manage client communications, query resolution, and appointment scheduling in a professional, welcoming manner.

• Oversee end-to-end financial planning administration, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

• Maintain organized filing systems, client databases, and workflow tracking.

• Act as the face and voice of the practice, delivering exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Essential previous experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) alongside demonstrated experience in financial planning administration.

• Skills: Excellent administrative abilities, superior verbal and written communication skills, and high organizational capabilities.

• Professional Image: Exceptional presentation, a smart and well-groomed appearance, and a friendly, client-focused demeanor.

• Location: Candidates residing in Durban North or immediate surrounding areas will be given strong preference.
