SUMMARY:
Administration Clerk required for our established Client who provides outstanding service, quality parts and reputable repairs of mining equipment to a variety of customers. Candidates must present with proven experience working in a similar role with knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Diploma/Certification/Relevant qualification
Data capturing skills
Filing proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (read, write and speak)
Telephone skills
MS Office proficiency
Typing speed: 55–65 WPM
Proven experience as Office Administrator/Admin Clerk
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Discretion and confidentiality

Duties:

Capture company data timeously
Order parts from suppliers (basic procurement)
Perform basic costing duties
Manage diary and schedule meetings/appointments
Prepare supplier and internal communication documents
Devise and maintain office filing systems
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Screen/direct calls and distribute correspondence
File invoices, quotes, delivery notes, reports, etc.
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and correspondence
Check and respond to emails promptly
Create and maintain job files
Ensure invoices are costed to the correct account
