Admin & Sales Operations Assistant – Internal Sales

Location: Western Cape

Salary: R30,000 per month + performance bonus

Start Date: Ideally before 1 November

Minimum Qualification: Matric

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly capable, organised and proactive Admin & Sales Operations Assistant to provide hands-on support to the Head of Internal Sales.

This is a critical back-office support role for someone who can take ownership of administration, coordinate a busy workload and ensure that the day-to-day internal sales operation runs smoothly.

The ideal person will be energetic, hardworking and confident enough to hold their own, make decisions and take initiative without needing constant supervision.

Most importantly, we need someone dependable who gives the Head of Internal Sales confidence that things are under control and will get done.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Head of Internal Sales.

* Assist with managing and prioritising a busy internal sales workload.

* Coordinate internal sales administration and general back-office activities.

* Follow up on outstanding actions, documentation, orders and internal requests.

* Assist with quotes, sales documentation, reports and general correspondence.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure information is captured and updated correctly.

* Coordinate between internal sales, customers, suppliers and other departments.

* Keep track of deadlines and ensure important actions don’t fall through the cracks.

* Assist with general operational requirements within the department.

* Identify administrative or operational problems and proactively help resolve them.

* Take ownership of tasks from instruction through to completion.

* Provide additional administrative support wherever required.

Minimum Requirements

* Matric essential.

* Strong administrative and back-office skills.

* Good computer literacy.

* Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Package

R30,000 per month + performance bonus
