Are you immediately available to join a manufacturing concern in Paarden Eiland using your finance/administration experience to manage all administrative, finance and customer relations requirements?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
Own vehicle preferable
Minimum three years administration and finance experience
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
Ability to multitask administration requirements well
Understanding of debtors
Confident when dealing with clients and their requirements

DUTIES

Answering incoming calls and take messages for reps and staff
Managing Agents queries on outstanding orders
Managing Clients queries and information required for outstanding orders
Ensure details are taken down for customers requiring quotations
Issuing of written and verbal estimate quotes
Working in Pastel
Enter new job cards information for Agents and Customers into Pastel
Completing the factory works order information and entering this into google docs
Assist with Wages calculating weekly hours, print payslips and keep track of sick days and annual leave taken by staff
When customers come into Showroom explain the product range, show samples and take down customers details and requirements
Phone courier companies to arrange collections and follow up accordingly if need be
Invoice Agents & Customers
Prepare monthly statements
Phone clients to follow up on payments required
Manage filing of invoices supplier invoices and statements
Manage files for creditors that need to be sent to the accountants
Update googles docs for supplier payments
Arrange meetings for the reps with clients
Updating of figures and outstanding sales & debtors
Manage the filing of job cards after installations are completed
