SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established specialist entertainment law firm in Cape Town, is looking for an Admin Clerk.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description:
Drafting and editing of documents in MS Office.
Capturing of time and fees and basic accounting management.
Drawing and issuing of invoices and following up on debtors.
Capturing invoices from suppliers/service providers.
General filing.
General office supply management – placing of orders with suppliers/service providers.
Receptionist duties - Answering the phone, greeting clients.
General PA services to the two directors – managing of diaries, etc.

Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Administration studies/courses or paralegal studies are highly advantageous.
  • Previous office administration experience  - with legal experience being preferable.
  • Top priority is that they are extremely proficient in MS Word and can edit and format documents with ease.
  • MS Office proficient.
  • Prior experience with Legal Suite is preferable.
  • A general understanding of legal files is preferable.
  • Very organised.
  • Presentable and confident.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative.
