Location: Strand / Somerset West area
Salary: R13,000 per month

Are you an organised, professional and proactive Administrator looking for an opportunity to join a growing company?

We arelooking for a reliable Administrator to join their team in the Strand/Somerset West area.

The successful candidate will play an important role in keeping the office and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• General office administration and data capturing
• Answering calls and assisting customers
• Scheduling and coordinating jobs and appointments
• Assisting with quotations, invoices and documentation
• Following up with customers and suppliers
• Maintaining accurate records and filing
• Assisting the team with daily administrative requirements
• Liaising with technicians and customers regarding scheduled work
• Providing professional customer service
• General support to the management and operations team

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous administration experience
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate – MS Office and email
• Accurate with data and documentation
• Professional telephone manner
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and presentable
• Must live in Strand, Somerset West or the surrounding Helderberg area

Experience in a technical, construction, plumbing, gas, maintenance or service environment will be an advantage.
