JOB DESCRIPTION
The Production Administrator department currently has a vacancy for a motivated, professional and
attentive to detail individual to join their team. The Administrator purpose is to assist the Production
team with capturing large volumes of data. The Production Administrator will report to the Divisional
Director will be responsible for the following tasks:

RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO THE BELOW):

• Accurately enter and maintain data into relevant databases and systems.

• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.

• Assist with data audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Handle multiple data entry tasks efficiently and meet set deadlines.

• Provide support for other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.

• Assist in creating and managing reports and documents as needed.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.

• Perform routine checks to ensure the integrity of entered data.

• Completion of daily machine hours report.

• Capturing defects on daily machine checklist onto C Works.

• Capturing of defects onto C Works pick up by Ryan while doing branch visits.

• Capturing of all incidents onto SHREQ Manager.

• Updating of wash and grease report.

• Perform Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data management software.

• Minimum of 2-3 years` data capturing or administrative experience advantageous.

Standard hours

• 07h30–17h00: Monday – Thursday

• 07h30–16h00: Friday
