Responsibilities:

Capturing of invoices and relevant data
Handling of queries with suppliers, DC’s and buyers
Checking stock sheets correlate with invoices
Filing
Ad hoc reporting/ duties

Experience:

Matric certificate
PC literate with advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong administration skills
