Bring your Unified Communications knowledge into a sales environment where technology, customer service and commercial coordination come together. This is an opportunity to join a specialist technology team and play a hands-on role in keeping the sales process moving from supplier through to customer delivery.

The UC Internal Sales professional will support the Sales Department with quotations, submissions, order tracking, customer queries, reporting and day-to-day administration. A solid understanding of Unified Communications is essential, with exposure to video conferencing, audio-visual solutions, networking and VoIP particularly relevant to the role.

Working closely with the UC Sales Director and wider sales team, the successful candidate will help ensure that orders are accurately processed, tracked and delivered, supply issues are identified and escalated, and customer feedback is communicated internally. The role requires someone who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working under pressure when priorities change.

What You'll Do

• Provide internal sales support to the UC Sales Department

• Apply practical knowledge of Unified Communications in day-to-day sales activities

• Work with UC technologies including video conferencing, audio-visual solutions, networking and VoIP

• Prepare and upload required files and documentation on a daily basis

• Prepare customer quotations and sales submissions with the required supporting documentation

• Track customer orders through internal systems from order placement through to delivery

• Assist with general customer and sales queries

• Support the wider Sales Department during periods of high workload or staff shortages

• Monitor the supplier-to-customer process and identify potential delays or issues

• Assist in resolving daily supply challenges and escalate relevant issues to management

• Capture and communicate key customer feedback internally

• Prepare letters, memos, reports and spreadsheets

• Maintain accurate filing and sales documentation

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team

• Prepare and contribute to weekly sales pipeline reporting

• Ensure sales administration is completed accurately and within required timelines

What You Bring

• Matric is essential

• Demonstrable knowledge of Unified Communications is non-negotiable

• Understanding of UC technology, particularly video conferencing, audio-visual, networking and VoIP

• Previous internal sales, sales administration or technology sales support experience

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

• Strong attention to detail

• Good planning and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong administrative and organisational capability

• A customer-focused and collaborative approach

• Willingness to communicate customer feedback and operational issues proactively
