Job Title: Truck Sales Manager

Location: East Rand , Gauteng

Salary: Negotiable

Vacancy Type: Full Time

Job Duties:

Lead and manage the truck sales team.
Train and mentor sales representatives.
Generate and close sales opportunities.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Grow sales and expand the customer base.
Conduct customer visits and sales presentations.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Experience in truck or commercial vehicle sales.
Previous sales management experience.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Computer literacy and CRM experience.
Grade 12
