Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead sales growth initiatives across the full spectrum of commercial vehicles to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Recruit, onboard, meticulously train, mentor, and inspire a team of high-achieving commercial sales executives.
• Develop and nurture robust, long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts, including major logistics companies, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
• Proactively forecast sales volumes, effectively manage vehicle inventory, and collaborate closely with the OEM to ensure optimal product availability.
• Conduct thorough market intelligence, monitor competitor pricing strategies, and partner with the marketing department to execute impactful lead-generation campaigns.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in truck sales management or commercial vehicle dealership leadership is essential.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of the commercial vehicle landscape, including financing options and fleet procurement processes.
• Grade 12 qualification is mandatory; a tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be highly advantageous.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, mastery of automotive CRM platforms, and expert sales forecasting capabilities.
• A valid driver’s licence is required.
