Our client in the tourism industry is looking for a Travel Assistant to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Promoting and marketing the business.
*Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
*Providing advice about visas or passports.
*Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
*Managing budgets.
*Maintaining statistical and financial records.
*Planning.
*Selling holidays and insurance.
*Meeting profit or sales targets.
*Preparing promotional materials and displays.

Key Skills
*Experience booking in Africa.
*Proven track record in African leisure and itineraries.
*Confident telephone manner.
*Excellent research skills.
*Enjoy travel.
